Refund policy

Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: swimwear, accessories, sale items, and any items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return please email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or item please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at amynmadisboutique@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
